CoESS and SIA host joint webinar on countering the UAS threat in the United States and Europe
CoESS and the US Security Industry Association (SIA) take a step further in their collaboration as uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS) represent an emerging threat to mass gatherings, critical infrastructure facilities and other sites in both Europe and the US. Careless recreational drone users can be a dangerous nuisance, while bad actors pose a serious threat to life and property. Counter-UAS options remain very limited, as authorities in the United States, the European Union and around the world sharply restrict who can deploy defenses against the devices.
The joint webinar between the Security Industry Association (SIA) and the Confederation of European Security Services (CoESS) will examine:
