CoESS and GES organise workshop on labour shortages in the context of the Paris Olympic Games 2024

Labour shortages are a strategic challenge to private and public security across Europe. The issue becomes particularly critical at the upcoming Olympic and Paralympic Games that are hosted in Paris in 2024. As event partners of the AccesSecurity Exhibition, taking place in Marseille/France from 08 to 09 March 2023, CoESS and GES will stimulate the discussion around this important matter.

During a dedicated workshop with the French and international security community, CoESS will present the results of the EU-funded Social Partner project "INTEL: Skills Intelligence for the Private Security Services", including solutions developed by Social Partners across Europe to address labour shortages.

CoESS French member, the Groupement des entreprises de sécurité (GES), will illustrate the problem in the context of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Question of the day: what should the industry, politicians and the wider security community do?

We look forward to welcoming you to this important discussion, planned to take place at AccesSecurity on 08 March 2023 from 14.30-16.00. Further information on the exhibition and registration can be found at https://accessecurity.fr/.
