INTEL: Webinar on best practices for re-/upskilling in the Private Security Services
On 3 February 2022, CoESS and UNI Europa, the EU Sectoral Social Partner in Private Security Services, will host a webinar on "Best Practices for re-/upskilling in the Private Security Services". Interpretation will be available in EN, FR, DE and ES. Please register here latest by 31st January.
The webinar is the second in a series of meetings that CoESS and UNI Europa jointly organise in the context of their EU-funded project "INTEL: Skills Intelligence for the Private Security Services".
The webinar is featuring speakers from EU Institutions, companies and Sectoral Social Partners from different European countries. They will present on:
- Workplace practices unlocking employee potential
- Best practices: Joint Social Partner Training Institutes in Sweden and Luxemburg
- VET in Germany and collaborative approaches for the reorganisation of job profiles
- Digital Skills and Job Profile Forecast in the Security Services
- Delivering on Soft Skills Requirements: VSÖ Training Academy
- Best practices in providing employees with targeted career pathways at G4S Training Services
- Re-Integrating the Unemployed in the Private Security Services in Greece
Interpretation services will be provided in English, French, German and Spanish.
